You retain ownership of your content, but grant us the rights necessary to store, process, and publish that content on your behalf as instructed through the Service.
7. Subscriptions and Refunds
Paid plans are billed through Polar according to the plan you select. New checkouts may include a free trial where offered; card details may be required for trial signup. We offer a full refund within 24 hours after a paid purchase. To request a refund, contact us at postaxis.io@gmail.com.
8. Children's Privacy
PostAxis is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.
9. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email or in the product. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." Publishing depends on third-party platforms and networks outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostAxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
